Dandelions (Taraxacum officiniale) growing on South Georgia in the Southern Ocean. A non native invasive plant species that has spread rapidly and isout competing native species. They arrived when Norwegian whalers placed soil from Norway on the grave of a Norwegian whaler who died on the island. February 2014
