Glowing fireflies, sleepy seals and snow leopard kittens are featured in this gallery of twenty new photos from Nature Picture Library that just landed on our site. Be sure to check out the image of the male Banded Jawfish holding eggs in his mouth - this behavior which helps protect offspring from predators is known as mouthbrooding, and it’s common across the jawfish species. This gallery also has a great shot of a sea turtle that looks like its being mobbed by fish. Not to worry, these are actually three species of cleaner fish that are feeding on the algae growing on its shell.
